Arizona Appeal Court Upholds Maricopa County Court Ruling in Medical Malpractice Lawsuit

An Arizona appeals court has upheld the decision made by a Maricopa County judge in a medical malpractice and wrongful death claim filed by a couple.

As reported by law360.com, a three-judge panel in the appeals court observed that there was no error in the judgment given by Maricopa County Judge John Christian Rea in the case filed by Dalton and Kristine Stafford alleging that a doctor was negligent in discharging their son, Jesse Stafford, early, following an overdose of methadone.
